How to play

You are a web crawler moving across a grid of pages. Eat the glowing links to add them to your index. Each link makes your crawl one cell longer and a little faster. Two things end the run: doubling back into your own trail, or stepping onto a honeypot, the red trap pages that appear as you grow. The longer your index, the tighter the space gets. It is a snake, dressed up as the thing that reads the web for a living.

This is a single-player game built with vanilla JavaScript and an HTML canvas. It runs entirely in your browser, works offline once loaded, and saves your best score locally. Part of Hibranwar Arcade.
